Merch

-        Second year reps are in the process of selecting a supplier following issues with the one used last year and presented options to committee

MUMS

-        In the process of arranging a club night for the first MUMS event and a cinema night event for later on

-        We are aware of complaints following one of the MUMS intro speakers – this has been fed back to committee and is being actioned

EGM

-        Currently experiencing tech issues so discussing best way to ensure first years are represented before reps are elected and how we can resolve the issue

Helping Hands

-        Welfare and EDI are working together to re-establish the scheme following its success supporting students during COVID years

Individual Meetings

-        In the process of meeting with individual committee members to ensure they feel supported and can represent the student body well
