LMDACS
Leeds Medics and Dentists African-Caribbean Society (LMDACS) is a society that aims to support and empower African-Caribbean students studying healthcare courses at the University of Leeds.
Our main objectives are to educate and inform by holding, interactive events throughout the year with guest speakers, networking with BAME doctors, mock OSCES and debates. We also seek to build a stronger community within the faculty of medicine and healthcare through fun socials like games night, movie nights, our annual culture shock event (with lots of African-Caribbean food), other events in collaboration with Leeds ACS and much more.
All are welcome and together we hope to inspire and unite.
