Have an interest in Paediatric medicine? LUMPS is the medical school's Paediatrics society, centred around promoting the speciality and spreading interest. Our main annual event is our conference, featuring nationwide speakers from all realms, as well as workshops for OSCE exams and first-aid skills. Our mentoring scheme has been very successful this year, pairing members with paediatricians to offer them guidance. This academic year, we hope to restart our volunteering scheme (which sadly halted during COVID), offering vital experience to those who would like even more exposure working with children.
