Please note that there may be disruption from building/refurbishment works, including noise, vibration, and inaccessible areas such as stairwells and lifts. This includes during normal opening hours but is especially true on evening and weekends.

No alcohol allowed in LUU or University rooms under any circumstances

There is around a 2 week delay in bookings so make sure to get requests in early.

  • All booking will be submitted to LUU

  • Bookings cannot be guaranteed until they have been confirmed by LUU

For LUU societies:

-          You can book a space in LUU yourself via the room booking system. You should have been sent a login by LUU. The booking system can be found at here

-          You can book a university room yourself (e.g. MTC) via this form here

-          You can book an LUU venue yourself (e.g. Riley Smith, Stylus) via this form here
