Aiming to open merch store in the first or second week of October (w/c 2nd or 9th October)

Fair will most likely be in Function, LUU from 1pm-4pm
24 societies have booked stalls so far
Reminder to societies to please check their emails for the form to book a stall
If too many societies sign up for a stall, we may split timings for the afternoon so that some societies have a stall for the first hour and a half and the other societies have a stall for the last hour and a half

Some safer medics groups have the correct information, others don’t
Will be fed back in upcoming CMT
Suggestion for students to message their individual tutors to agree on times for their safer medics group

MUMs reps are working on organising an event before halloween so families have a chance to meet again after intro week
Still waiting on responses from societies to the funding allocation form that has been emailed out, the deadline is next week so a reminder that if you are a committee member of an MSRC affiliated society to please check your emails and submit the funding allocation form
The societies secretary is working on creating an up to date list of all the MSRC affiliated societies, so please check your emails to see that you have responded to all the relevant communication regarding this
Slots for clinical catchup sessions are now available for external intercalators who missed the initial opportunity
Intercalating rep is organising a formal intercalation welcome mixer for October 6th at 4pm (venue to be confirmed)
Intercalating rep is looking into getting an intercalation notice board on level 8 of Worsley
The MSRC EGM to fill the remaining roles of gateway reps, first year reps, mature rep and fifth year rep will start on September 29th

Leeds MSRC
